Higher Education Technicians Summit (HETS)
The biennial UK Higher Education Technicians Summit (HETS) returns this year with the acclaimed Papin Prizes.
The one-day event will be free to attend and is kindly sponsored by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and Midlands Innovation.
Expect keynote speeches, workshops, networking and the prestigious Papin Prizes, the only UK awards dedicated to celebrating technical excellence in higher education and research.

South SimTech Day
The South SimTech Day aims to offer Simulation technicians various
opportunities to develop and venture within their role.
Participating in this event provides numerous chances to
gain knowledge from specialist keynote speakers; exchange and
acquire knowledge from fellow attendees; stay updated with
information from leading suppliers and connect and discover the world of
simulation apprenticeships.
There's also the opportunity to present and share
simulation experience and work during the ‘Show and Tell’ period.
The day will begin at 8.30am and end at 4.30pm at Oxford Brookes University
IST Technical Conference
Taking place at the University of Birmingham, this year's IST Conference, its talks and workshops offer the opportunity for you to update your technical knowledge, skills and advance your career development, providing valuable networking opportunities to engage and learn from the professional community. The event is aimed at anyone who works in Artificial Intelligence, Creative Industries and STEMM, whether you’re based in industry, higher education and research, business or working independently.
